From exclusion to employment – with empathy, motivation, and artificial intelligence InkludMI is an AI-based digital platform that combines Motivational Interviewing, gamification, and personalised guidance to help people move from social exclusion into work or education.

The Challenge

Behind these numbers are individuals who want to contribute, but who often face mental health challenges, language barriers, or a lack of follow-up and structure.

Meanwhile, public employment services and social inclusion enterprises are under pressure, with limited capacity for individualized support.
The result: many remain passive for too long, and motivation fades before help arrives.

To solve this, we need new tools that combine empathy, insight, and accessibility — technology that scales human connection, not replaces it.
